We purchased our apartment in Jávea through HomeEspaña and had an excellent experience with the agency throughout the entire process. What was particularly important to us was the comprehensive support we received from start to finish. HomeEspaña coordinated all the key steps and communication between the bank, lawyers, notary, and developer, which made the entire purchasing process much smoother and more straightforward for us. After the registration, we were also personally supported during the handover of the apartment and received assistance in reporting and addressing all the small improvements and finishing touches that were needed. HomeEspaña also continued to support us with practical matters such as arranging the internet connection and furnishing the apartment. We never felt left on our own, even after the purchase had been completed. We are very grateful for the professional, reliable, and personal support we received throughout the whole process. We’re happy with the service from Home España. Valuation by Jade Legge was thorough and effective. Contract and details were provided for very quickly. What made it for us was that we put our house on the market then drove back to the UK. Jade came round explained what was going to happen and gave us a rough estimate of final costs. We had nothing to do. If there was a problem I contacted them and it was dealt with.

When a potential customer approached me directly I immediately contacted Jaimy Gubbels, as we had a contract with HomeEspaña. Clare has been incredible to work with as my family continues along our home buying journey. Her high degree of engagement and communication has been so reassuring. We started with such a broad idea (more of an abstract concept) of what we were after but Clare’s patience and willingness to indulge us a bit has brought us to a much more defined target. Even in the early days when we were running amuck, she came through in showing us property after property that met the “brief,” allowing us to get to the better place we’re in today. While we’re still taking our time to get there, we are so grateful to Clare for sticking with us.
